Lavar Arrington. No question. He is a perfect fit for the 3-4, and showed last year, when he was given the chance to play, that he still can be a dominant player. People talk about him freelancing too much, but the 3-4 allows linebackers much more oppurtunity to rush the passer and blitz the gaps against the run, so Arrington should be fine. Also, he will only be 28 at the start of the season, just entering his prime, so he should be able to play out a 4 to 5 year contract.
