It's not ignorance, his numbers speak for themselves. He isn't targeted very often, mainly, because his production has been sub par this year when he is.

Romo makes multi-millionaires out of receivers. Even average ones like Austin and Robinson.

There's no "timing" for Dez. You have to throw it up in a perfect spot for him to go get it. Romo is incredibly accurate with those throws.

Dez Bryant is one of those players that will dominate one game, and be completely missing the other game as if he's never played before. The most frustrating true #1 receiver we've had. I just think it's time for some competition, and that is sad. Next season is the season to be trying to build up a defense, yet we'll probably have to look at receivers too. So frustrating because I used to REALLY like Dez Bryant.

Hmmm, doesn't get targeted like a number one receiver, but scores touchdowns like one. Sounds like someone we should be getting the ball to more.

As for that catch percentage, I'd like to see how many of those targets were in his catch radius. I know the other night there weren't more than 2 or three. One he slipped down on. One he caught and fumbled. You'd be hard pressed to find another that he should have caught. I definitely don't recall those numbers being like that when he had a different QB.

I don't disagree there should be a top notch WR brought in. Williams is an average #2 at best. Butler is worse than that. Beasley is great but limited.
