I think you're the only one suffering. At first I thought it was silly as hell - actually still do. But now that I see it's elevated into an imagined grudge that you are determined to carry forward, I'm amused, and I'm starting to enjoy it. I tend to laugh when paranoid people find an imagined reason to be angry.
