Assuming Garrett get the HC job, who would you want to be on his staff? Be realistic, and say who you actually think he could get.

If Norv was fired I would love to have him for OC

Dean Pees for DC

Does Butch Davis have any experience w/ the 3-4? If so, and he is let go at UNC, I wouldn't mind having him on the defensive side in some capacity.

OC Paul Chryst
QB Gus Malzahn

DC R Herring or Dennis Thurman
DB Manny Daiz

strength and conditioning coach Mike Woicik

HC = Jason Garret
OC = Josh Mcdaniels or Norv Turner (Both gonna be fired anyways)
DC = Ron Revira

I also would like Campo gone...dunno names to name as replacements

:cool:

Wade Wilson will be the OC if Garrett is extended

I think Dallas needs a new offensive line coach and DB coach, imo.

Garrett should shake it up some if he gets the job, imo.

I want him to succeed.

I want these games.

I dont think so.

But regardless, whoever he inserted as OC would most likely be in name only as Garrett would probably remain the play caller.

He was set to hire Paul Chryst of Wisconsin to his staff as OC/QB coach had he accepted the Baltimore or Atlanta HC jobs though.

for a fact Sdogo?

I'm pretty confident in saying that. I think the only 2 guys that could make Garrett think twice are Norv Turner if he's let go and as someone mentioned earlier Paul Chryst who is real good friends with Garrett but I'm not sure he would have interest in the job.

If I had to put money on it right now though Wilson would be the guy hands down.

Wilson and Garrett are very close, share the same circle of friends and have the same offensive philosophy. Garrett has also commented on how he respects Wilson's approach to the game and no one has worked closer with Garrett and Romo then Wilson.

Maybe, but like I said he was intending to hire someone else entirely when he was getting his shot before.

He also had a hand in bringing Wilson to Dallas. Matter of fact with out Garrett Wilson would not have this job because he was not picked by Phillips or Jones.

4 years familiarity may have swung the pendulum.
