I sure hope this that this Pacrat stuff is nothing.

That would be one of the dumbest moves in NFL history if that big, egotistical trouble maker is brought back to Dallas. If you want to hurt your team or investment or brand, go ahead and do it.

Jenkins and Scandrick both posted YPA under 6.0 according to Joyner and had success percentages over the 40% mark. Scandrick was close to 50%.

Mike Jenkins should have kept the starting job to begin with, and Henry should have been on the bench or in the sub-packages.

Pacrat should have been kicked off the team to start with, but he let the team down, came back, and was handed his job again.

That was my point as well. Bring Pacman back as a 4th cb only. He is a good insurance policy.

You don't bring someone like him in as an insurance policy.

Physically, he's a gifted player. We'll inevitably be wooed by his talent, and he'll be starting by Week 3. Then, he'll mess up and get in some weird altercation, and we'll be wondering what to do.

Don't believe me? Look at last year, when he was also supposed to be an "insurance policy."

It's like saying we should sign Mike Vick as an insurance policy at QB. With the amount of attention the NFL and the Dallas Cowboys get, you can't just hide a guy with baggage deep on your roster.

Maybe you know more than I, but I never heard anything about him being a bad teammate or bad influence.

Was he as good in 2008 as I hoped he'd be? No, but it did seem like he was improving each week til his suspension.

Was he a good player for us and really key when Newman was out? Yes

Weren't there reports that the players were ticked off when Pacman was inserted back into the lineup following his altercation last year?

I wouldn't bring him back as a concession salesperson. He's not worthy to grace the uniform.

...end of discussion.

I agree. He is a bad seed and it's not an act. It's to the bone. Not only does he not belong on the Cowboys, people like him do not belong in the NFL. Or anywhere in public view.

Unless they are planning on building a facility just for Pacman I don't want him anywhere near the other players.

Thanks for the audio, cowboyjoe. I can only hope that Nate Newton's reference to a source saying that there will be a June return for Adam Jones is wrong. If that's the case, July can't get here fast enough.

You see him on Pros vs Joes? It'll make your opinion of him sink even further!!!!

We should stay away from POS players and people.

well, me personally i dont want him back on the team, he has a very bad attitude, on the joes and pros, his attitude was really bad to me;

but did you zoners see the article that matt mosley posted, that calvin watkins said, adam jones is living in a house owned by jerry jones?

whats up with that, here is part of the article;
Calvin Watkins of AOL Fanhouse reported Monday that Pacman is still living in a home in Prosper, Texas, owned by Jerry. On Monday, Jerry Jones tried to put a lid on the story by saying he wasn't interested in re-signing the player at this time. But for now, let's move away from the humorous Pacman subplot and focus on Tuesday's OTA session. Here's the Beast report:

We can be about, oh, 99.99% certain who that source is. His hobbies include fishing with Pacrat, doing self-serving interviews with megastars to stir the pot, and -- as Idgit said -- being an even bigger *** as a commentator than he was as a player. Which is saying something.

Well he was a starter last year. As a 4th CB he would be an insurance policy. For all those who say he didnt play well at CB why is the coaches say he graded the highest? Not a bad option for 4th CB.

If you are going to employ a bad egg, an insurance policy is a poor justification. Unless Newman and Jenkins get hit by buses in the near future, I wouldn't even bother with Jones. If Jerry feels sorry for him and he needs cash, there's always the Desperados.

i don't care about his attitude ... pacman proved he no longer has the talent or skills required to play cb in the nfl.

not to mention we thought he would in the very least help us big time at punt returner and he was equally inept at that position as well.

let pacman stick to pro's vs. joe's

Hopefully, that guy will eventually keep his nose out of Cowboys' affairs as much as possible. I couldn't care less how 'essential' he thinks he is for adding what he believes is 'news' and/or 'commentary' for NFL Network. The quicker he butts out of Big D, the better.
