There are lots of trade rumors going on today leading up to tonight's NBA draft. With the pending labor issues, this could be a wild day!

One really juicy trade rumor includes a 3-way deal between Philly, Utah, and SA: This would involve Tony Parker, Andre Iguodala, lottery picks, Devin Harris, and much more. There was another including Odum for Iguodala. Etc.

Also, who will the Cavs take?
Irving or Williams?

Pretty sure the Cavs want Irving.. from what im hearing. I had heard about the Iggy for Odom trade, which would possibly include Artest as well.

Do you have the specifics of the 3 way deal though? I hope the Sixers could land either Al Jefferson, Harris, or a high draft pick in that deal. We need a big.

Unless the Grizz can make a trade we will have a very boring night. We only have a second round pick.

This is just rumor, but here are the specifics as best I can tell:

Sixers send Andre Iguodala to Utah for the #3 Pick in this years draft. Sixers also get Memet Okur and R. Bell. The Spurs then send Tony Parker to Utah for the #12 Pick, Utah's 2nd round pick next year and Devin Harris and the Sixers M Speights

Ahh.. that's weak. Replace Okur with Jefferson in that deal and i'd say giddyup! lol

There's a pretty big drop off between the 2nd and 3rd pick this season--at least in most opinions. If they could have swung that for the #2 pick, well, now you're talkin'.

As for Jefferson; he comes, I think, with $30 million reamining on his contract. I'm not sure the 6ers want any part of that.

I also have heard Toronto's 5th pick for Parker.

Iggy has a huge contract as well so they'd have to do the deal for a considerable contract in return unless Utah has that much space under the cap.

I had heard a rumor of Iggy for the Timberwolves #2 pick.. but not sure how much legs that has.

I guess the rumor is Iggy and the number 16 pick for the Wolves number 2 pick.

Idk if that's true or not, but if i were the Philly brass i'd be jumping all over that offer. Get Iggy the F out already.

I don't get why the Wolves would want pass on getting either Kyrie Irving or Derrick Williams. Philly should jump on that if true.

For NY, let luck be a lady tonight

Hopefully one of the following players fall to us

Klay Thompson, G/F, Washington State
Jimmer Ferdette, PG, BYU
Jonas Valanciuas, C/F, Interantional
Bismack Biyombo, F/C, International

all of them would be longshots but if none are available, hopefully Philly doesn't take Nikola Vucevic from USC, so we can

They want to commit to Ricky Rubio so Kyrie Irving is a no and they have too many fowards to keep Derrick Williams. He's basically the same player as Michael Beasley, which is a slightly undersized PF that can play some SF. They already have Kevin Love, who is a PF and they have last years #3 pick, Wesley Johnson, playing SG when he really is a SF.

Yes Minnesota isn't a winning team, but they do have a lot of "assets" that are Fs and PGs.

Do the Knicks pick right after us? I have to believe one of the international guys will be available. If we had our choice for the Sixers, i'd probably want either Vucevic or Biyombo.. although any of those picks would be a gamble. Not much talent in the draft this year.. alot of rotation players are going to go in the first round.

yeah NY is 17. Vucevic would be a good option if no one falls, so hopefully you guys don't take him

Knowing our GM im sure we won't. ha.

I've also heard rumblings of Monte Ellis to Dallas.

I heard Love for Gasol too.

All rumors, of course.

Idk about the Ellis thing.. the Sixers had a rumor going last week about Iggy for Ellis and that dissipated after GS said they don't wana trade Ellis.

Love for Pau Gasol or Marc?

the spurs could have traded parker already but they are trying to see if they can sucker anyone into taking richard jefferson as well, i think tony parker's time is up with the spurs tho, and i say, good riddance, he is bad karma after the brent barry fiasco

It was Pau, but I'm not sure if that was all that was involved.
