Where will the big fish go? Will LeBron opt out?

I believe Carmelo makes his way to Chicago.
Makes sense and seems a good basketball fit.

Mavs are interested in Gasol. Not a big fan of that, but we need tons of help. We haven't had a dominant center since Chandler and Gasol isn't even a good center.

Whoever complements Monta Ellis best will be good for the team.

He's a Power Foward but he can post.

Mavs interest in Gasol has been poo-poo'd by others.
Donnie Nelson on the radio today said they'd be seeking length and athleticism with defense as the key factor.

Trevor Ariza is supposed to be a real target.

Ariza and Tyson Chandler may well be what we see for Mavs tho they'll listen if Gasol wants to play for MLE type money obviously.

NBA has become AAU. Recruit the biggest star and let him recruit his buddies.

I hate it is this way but I'd do back flips if LeBron chose the Mavs.

Have to agree. He's the Great White in a very Large ocean.

Deal includes Raymond Felton too. He and Harris would be a decent PG tandem to go with Monte Ellis.
Chandler is one of the pieces they could use for sure.

I kind of liked Larkin...oh well.

They'll also add at least one more starter, imo.

Tyson belongs in Dallas! Love this trade, absolutely love it. I would also love for the Mavs to get Kevin Love. He would be a perfect replacement for Dirk. But monta, Chandler and a free agent SF would be a good core for the Mavs.

As a Spurs fan, I'd be way more concerned about facing Calderon than Felton. His outside shooting kept pulling Dallas back into it. Chandler is a good p/u, though. Not a game changer, however, IMO.

Tyson coming back was almost as certain as Dirk resigning well below market.

Felton is not here to start.

Mavs still have tons of cap space.

Knicks and LeBron?? ROFL. Never gonna happen.
Knicks have no money and won't until 2015. When they do have cap space they'll have no players.
LeBron is not opting out to take a 1 year deal.
Thats an 80m gamble and a stupid one.

The Knicks is a complete rebuild job, like the Celtics.

Gonna be a crazy off-season!!!

Chandler made a huge difference in 2011, I'll take him over Calderon any day
