because it's unrealistic to think that a kicker who has not practiced kicking is going to be better

but our pro bowl QB who hasn't held kicks in 2 years is supposed to be better? Why not just have Buehler kick FGs and make it a competition whoever makes more FGS during the week gets to kick on sunday....

my fault it was supposed to be no where near equal.

I think Romo holding is stupid.

Thanks for letting us know ahead of time otherwise it is really hard for the rest of us to tell if you ever really do.

its like i said if folk misses again who gets blamed then?

why you beating around the bush? why not just come out and say that maybe we need to replace Folk rather than worry about Romo holding as if he is going to get hurt doing so?

then my question would be is, replaced by whom and this late in the season?
I do uinderstand the mental aspect of kicking and that once a kicker loses it, its lost, but I am not sold on folk losing it yet and obviously the cowboys aren't either so get over it.

I say give Kitna a shot

If Kitna is worse than McBriar, why would you ever want to do that? It's already been said multiple times that McBriar was their best option, not including Tony.

Seriously, when was the last time a HOLDER was injured HOLDING for an extra point or field goal? I think some people over analyze things a bit too much around here, lol.

I think Romo holding is stupid... Because he's your franchise QB
Whatever. Tony's stepping up to try and do anything he can to help them win. The fact that he VOLUNTEERED to do so actually reflects some of his leadership qualities that some seem to think he lacks.

How much time does the cowboys devote to special team practice? Do the cowboys run ST practice and regular practice at the same time or is it done in shiftS? If romo can hold some snaps he needs to be tossing some balls to RW and Austin. It just seems like a ploy and a stunt to me much like most of the cowboys moves. Nothing to improve the team just going in circles resting on that 13-3 season.
You actually make a valid point about practice, but Romo stated that he and Folk will stay late to make sure they get enough practice time in so you can unbunch your panties now. If you don't see this as them trying to improve the FG unit, then all I can say change your eyeglass prescription!!

Why wouldn't having buehler kick FG improve the kicking game will he be that much worse than what folk has been? Want to improve the kicking game change the kicker Lol .
Maybe, just maybe (bear w/ me here because I know this is a novel concept), Joe D & the rest of the coaching staff knows a l'il more than you do about their kickers' talents and Buehler isn't better than Folk?
