Geez Baylor...talk about not looking ready at all. They look like they know they don't stand a chance.

Taylor Martinez just can't stay healthy for Nebraska.

It looks like teams have figured out Baylor's very simplified spread offense. I don't know if they're trying to protect Griffin or something but eventually, you have to challenge the secondary downfield. Can't throw the short 2-3 yard passes every time

Baylor is still just Baylor. They may be better than last year but they are still at the bottom of the Big 12 South.

Likely one of the worst officiated games in a LONG, LONG time.

If I were Bo Pelini, I would let the world know exactly what I thought after this game and tell the B12 to add it to the tab.

How bout them Fightin' Texas Aggies? Gig em!

Beat a pretty good #8 Nebraska team. 5 wins in a row with a showdown against Texas looming. "Saw Varsity's horns off!!!"

Oklahoma State vs. Oklahoma. Oklahoma should win. Aggies have already beaten the Sooners. Texas A&M just might be playing in the last Big 12 Championship game.

Let's go Aggies!

Never let the officials dictate a game. If you're ranked #8 in the nation, officials should be the least of your problems.

Not much you can do when you have them stopped late in the game, but your defense gets called for an PF when you hit the QB in the chest just as the ball is released.

Not much else you can do when you have 16 penalties for 145 yards, while the other team has 2 for 10.

When you are playing a top 20 team, on the road, and facing obstacles like that, there is nothing any team could do. For it to be just a 3 point game is absolutely stunning and remarkable.

It isn't like tonight is the first example of this either. There was an ESPN blogger that detailed how much less penalties Nebraska gets called in favor of them versus the rest of the B12. Was quite amusing, but just sad at the same time.

I bet the "12th Man" at Kyle Field was a big reason why Nebraska had so many penalties. Deafening in College Station.

12th man was a reason? Nebraska had only like 3 false start penalties. However, they had 6-7 personal foul penalties. Crowd had nothing to do with it.

In fact, 2 of them came from the fact an A&M player grabbed ahold of a Nebraska players testicles which made the Nebraska player kick him to get him off. Worst yet, this was in open view where the camera caught it and 3 officials standing nearby. One of which was behind the guy that was trying to clear the pile.

I didn't know football players could be in the corps of cadets.

The Ags SHOULD kill Texas this year... but in fairness... the Ags also have a NC...

1. A&M has a consensus national championship (1939), and three others from at least one source (1917, 1919, 1927).

2. While they didn't have any penalties due to crowd noise, they did lose two timeouts to it.

3. Officiating was generally buffonish, but didn't decide the outcome. If I was a Husker looking for excuses, the words "Martinez", "Ankle", and "Injury" would feature prominently.

4. Tiebreakers are wrong for the Aggies. OU-OSU victor will win the South no matter what we do to Texas. Pity we didn't have Tannehill starting for the OSU game.

5. Game was awesome anyway.

Gig 'em!

So you don't think the personal foul on the 3rd down late in the game, which gave the Aggies 3 points, did not help decide the game?

Or in general, 16 penalties to 2 did not decide the game?

C'mon, be real.

It's easy to say a healthy Martinez changes things, because it would. However, that is irregardless to the horrendous officiating that went down tonight.

I can take a loss easily. Heck, as much as I hate Texas I will admit they own us. The 1995 Huskers could play Texas this year and I believe we would lose at this point versus that team.

But tonight was downright criminal at what happened.

That's nothing against the Aggie fans or players either. That is directed straight at this conference for employing such inept officials and doing nothing about stuff like this that happens.

So you guys did have an undisputed Championship (in 1939)...I didn't realize that.
