3. Demetrius Williams

I'd be as happy with that draft as I was with last years.

Did you guys even look at the draft? So you'd want Daryn Colledge over Ko Simpson? And Bernard Pollard over Demtrius Williams?

With that draft I could see us taking Jean-Giles or Spencer in the 2nd. And I'm thinking Trueblood in the 3rd.

As you can tell I'm big into the idea that our OL is pretty pathetic.

I've been on the fence on OLB but now I'm leaning toward Wimbley. This mock would have him available. I think if he is he's the pick.

I'm no Simpson fan. Your FS generally makes the defensive backfield calls- I wonder about Simpson and his 10 on the wonderlic doing that.

Demetrius Williams is a great pick in the 3rd, but I really don't see this happening like this, especially if we have a chance to draft an OLB in the 1st. I think with so many teams following us that need LB's if our guy is there we will stay at 18. In the 2nd I could see us droping a few slots to get a 4th back. The value for us appears to me to look like this:

OLB (Wimbley)
OG (Joseph or Spencer)
DB (Watkins, Griffin, Zemaitis)

When I went and looked at the mock it said Daunte Witner in the 1st round.
