The following question got brought up by a fan yesterday during post game calls, and I've thought the same thing for years...Why do our new acquisitions always seem to take weeks to actually see the field???? I just do not get it??? Baker Mayfield can take the field...at QB....and learn enough in a couple days....to win a game??? Why wasn't TY Hilton on the field yesterday??? You mean to tell me at the very least, they couldn't have had 3-4 of his favorite plays drawn up and called for him??? Ridiculous....why do we bother ever acquiring anyone if we are gonna drag our feet using them???

Exactly, and another one, what happened to that monster dt we signed last week? Or those new Cbs

Just like James Washington? It’s beyond stupid
I broke a bone on the side of my foot in two places, and was playing basketball six (6) weeks later....Washington took MONTHS to come back. ????????

Good question.
On the live local pregame TV show, they said Hilton was inactive because they thought he would only be able to get in 10 to 15 snaps.
I cringed on that, as those could been plenty to make a difference.

I really question this coaching staff at times, and this was one of those times. Questioning them more and more lately.

It’s our OC. He hasn’t once used Turpin on a deep ball all year. I mean the little guy can’t get hurt streaking down the field!

I said this yesterday but JG and now Moore refuse to play anyone past the top 3-4 WR’s and the top two backs unless for an injury.

Incredibly stubborn to change in all phases. I don't remember when Gallup actually caught his only pass- 2nd half maybe?? So does that mean he wasn't meant to be targeted or was he not getting open for #4 to hit him? If TY was signed to take the place of Gallup then what was the reasoning for not getting him in there? Dak obviously feels comfortable throwing to Brown so then what happens if TY takes his place? I wouldn't think a veteren needs a couple of weeks to figure out play calling. Use a stick and draw up the gosh darn play in the sand!!

Great question.
Peters took weeks to see the field
But he looked like Jabba the hut when he signed.

It certainly isn't the playbook being too hard. lol Just dumb coaching. Why get players and refuse to use them? Unless they are hurt, they play until they show they're liability. Are they saving them for the playoffs? More lol

Moore = Garrett

Jazz, we got problems in the leadership areas of this team.
Starting at the top.

Team probably being cautious (over cautious?) with an aging, declining WR whose had struggles with soft tissue injuries.
I expect Hilton next week vs Eagles on a.limited basis. Limited package.
