Ah, the weak millennial mentality. Work is what puts bread on the table, roof over my head and pays for the cable and big *** tv I watch my Cowboys games on . I want boss who pushes me to be my best at work and if that means putting in more time to be more success so be it. No excuses, work hard, play hard.

I've had some bosses that would say that though.
