New England's Championship Game Drought? 7 years

January 2019, when they beat the Chiefs in the AFCCG, then beat the Rams in the SB.

Seven years. Oh how you have to feel for those New England fans. For a 7-year-old, that's basically his whole life!

Meanwhile, 30 years and counting for us Cowboys fans.
You guys are hilarious. Guess what, one team will win every year. 1 and more than one third has never won.
Aren't you one of the guys that is now crowning the Giants?
.
Guess what? It won’t be the Cowboys or Prescott at QB

It’s almost comical how we can’t really be successful. Good things can happen when you go into rebuild mold like the Patriots, Broncos, and Seahawks did. The problem is having the lean years it takes to really build a successful and talented team could lead to empty seats and a drop in jersey sales for a period of time.

Tom Brady left the Patriots in 2019

Billy B gets fired in 2023

They had a few down years, but 6 seasons after losing arguably the best QB in NFL history and only a season after losing a first ballot HOF coach, somehow the Patsies are back in the AFCCG, and probably headed to another super bowl.

Meanwhile, the worst front office in professional sports still hasn't sniffed an NFCCG since 1996. How does this horse manure happen?

Never mind, we already know. I wish we knew the expiration date of this nightmare so we would know there was light at the end of the tunnel.
You have people here that will tell you that it can't be done. You can't get rid of a coach after 1 season. You can't get rid of a mediocre qb past his prime whose terrible in the playoffs because you'll have no chance at getting better. You'll have to endure decades of trying to find a qb and suffer the likes of Carter, Hutchinson, Leaf, and Stoerner first.

Imagine Jerry having the sack to have swooped in and grabbed Harbaugh and firing BS after 1 year. Or having dumped 1st rd pick Mac Jones after 3 seasons.

Yet the sycophants still defend this trash.

I'm probably more amazed the Seahawks with Sam Darnold at the helm are knocking at the door.

"I'd be scared to try to do better, what if we got worse? Instead of 30 years, it could be 60 years" "I played high school football and I know talent"

Lol, not for the last 6 years.
What have we won of importance in the last 30 years? I will give you two guesses, but you will only need one.

Nothing. Four wild card games!! Woohooo!!!!!

I long for the days of saying we haven't won something of significance for the last 6 years. For me that was 2002 (well, actually, all of us).

Stephen would read this thread, chuckle, and then say "drought?"

The Cowboys are the most valuable team in sports. That's what matters to the Jones Family.

To them this team is a cash cow that plays football 17 times a year. Who needs results as long as you make money? That's why we've had threads like this for 30 years. I feel SO fortunate to have been able to witness a large chunk of this team's greatness in the 1990s. It might have to be enough to last me a lifetime.

Be careful now, or he'll tell you what he really wants to say and you'll be so scared you'll run to your mother or something...lol swear he said that to someone the other day and I almost fried my phone in coffee-spit and snot.

He'll be back to tell you other teams have had it worse so you should be happy with your higher level of failure.

"If you don't like dak, I'll fight you over it." Stupidest crap ever. I can see these idiots screaming if somebody got their parking spot at Walmart. sheesh.
