I think there's a real chance the Pats end up with the 12th overall pick in the draft from Cleveland.
Cleveland gets there pass rusher and QB in the 1st round.
Many would say Garoppolo is better than any QB in this draft.
yeah, I could see Cutler with the Jets...or maybe SF.
They get a healthy Duane Brown and Nick Martin back, plus Xaier Su'a-Filo. A lot of mocks have them taking my guy Garret Bolles in the 1st. That's 4/5th of a very solid offensive line. They have solid targets at WR and Lamar Miller at RB, plus that defense. They become a serious challenger to New England if they upgrade to Romo.
Of course, logic would say if the OL is, in fact, upgraded the younger, stronger Osweiler would "probably" be the better risk...everything considered. I mean with all the guaranteed money already tied up in Osweiler.
Houston will be getting some good talent healthy on the OL. If they take a top T even better. If those dudes don't get injured they have a legit top 10 line.
Their defense will probably take a step up with WJIII getting healthy too, once they resign Bouye. With a ton of TE/safeties in the draft, they'll probably upgrade there too.
They'd be one of the favorites in the AFC with a healthy Romo and OL. If Watt comes back, that team would be a SB contender instantly with Tony.
This looks like 2 weeks ago... this morning according to RJ Bell, Texans were 2 to 1
Would love to see Romo get a chance to stay in Texas. I'm not from Texas so I have no hatred for the Texans and would have no problem with him leading them to the Super Bowl.
I think Romo will be a Jet to be honest. We had interest in Richardson last season, and a straight up trade of Richardson for Romo would definitely not bother me at all. Immediately improves our DL and helps us draft our true need at DE and CB.If the Broncos were smart, they would trade for Romo. I keep thinking he ends up in Houston.
Garoppolo will go the highest bidder between the Browns and the Bears (Patriots win again).
Cutler will be a Jet.
Broncos may be most likely, but there's no doubt in my mind that the two teams who would be the most successful with Romo next year are the Texans and Chiefs. Romo would roll with those receivers and run game in Houston, the TE in KC, and those two defenses.Sorry in advance for all the Romo-related news coming out. But we're going to be inundated for the next 2-3 weeks.
Bovada has the new odds out for where they think Romo, Garoppolo, and Cutler will end up.

I'm not sure he can fix what's wrong with that Bronco's offense.
