New offensive Coordinator

let be honest. Jason jerry and Stephen are not going anywhere. So after coming to this realization and watching this track meet the Rams vs. Chiefs. We need to loook at these 2 offensive coaching staffs and poach some people. Here’s my list

Rams:
Shane Waldron Offensive Coordinator
Zac Taylor WR or QB coach

Chiefs:
Mike Kafka Offensive coordinator
David Girardi QB coach

Mike Kafka and Kendal Briles would be on my short list. Mike LaFleur (Matt's brother and current 49ers QB coach) as well.

You can't steal a coach under contract unless you make him the head coach and that's probably not happening.

Any help will have to be a cast off coach, or from the college ranks. Kingsbury might be an option.

In no sane world does the backup qb you beat out then become the qb coach that is supposed to teach you and improve your mechanics. Just the decision of making Kellen Moore the qb coach shows me the erratic decisions going on on the offensive side of the ball.

A new HC or OC gets a new QB, I don't think we can do too much more in the passing game currently with what we have.
