Here are my Pics and what i think MM will do for the New Coaches on Offensive

OC - Tom Clement Current QB Coach Green Bay
QB - Ben McAdoo - Former OC at Carolina (assuming Reich wants to pick his Coaches and he's letg go)
OL - James Campen - Former OL at Carolina (assuming Reich wants to pick his Coaches and he's letg go)
RB - Edgar Bennett

I could definitely see that happening.

I’d really like Edgar Bennett. He’s another guy like Al Harris who I think would work wonders

- Clements is still with the Packers

- Bennett is with the raiders

- Campen is still contractually with Carolina

WRs didn't develop or improve this year, except for CeeDee. Ranking among the worst in separation average is inexcusable. Running lazy/sloppy routes every game is also inexcusable.
Maybe it’s the receivers possibly the OC? Jesse Holley did an interesting take on how the receiver routes were mainly man beater routes rather than being schemed open. He said most offenses will have one man beater route while the others are schemed open. If true, you have to take a look at the receivers giving up or as you stated running lazy routes. With that being said again if true it falls at the OC’s feet as well because of the type of offense he runs and the route tree combinations he uses.

All very true, hence why our O-Coordinator is gone, along with our QBs coach. The WRs coach need to be next.

The whole offense is getting overhauled. but big Mac has to get this right , cant make the mistake like Nolan -DC in the 1st year.
He has to bring hard nosed discipline inducing coaches, who will get the lazy bums in our offense straightened out.
No more stats building against weak teams and laying eggs against decent opposition.

I get that. I also mentioned in previous posts how the route running seemed practically mindless as they ran into each other on many occasions or didn't try enough to keep a separation between themselves and the defender when catching. We had some bright spots sure but you have to think of the personnel as well. Gallup was not playing like a solid 2 and Brown was not a 2 at all with the drops. It was a concern.

Spot on. Been watching the Warner breakdowns for two years showing these lazy routes and turning the wrong way etc. Also, why did we always have so many running into the same area all the time? This thing needs some discipline and coordination.

All true. I hope the Cowboys bring in better positional coaches who will actually improve these players. Plus, this front office needs to do a much better job of bringing in better talent.

I agree with Campen and Bennett. But I think Brian Schottenheimer will be the new OC.
