    if moore fails:
    1. set up internet playcalling system where before every play, fans have 3 seconds vote on their choice before each play
    2. system will be set up so it can be tabulated automatically for relaying to the qb
3 .system will also provide voting input before the game
    4. system would show voting results after the play is ran
    5. voters can have accounts, and the best performing voters would be kept track of for oc consideration in 2020

They did something like this with an arena team a few years back.
Not sure how it turned out.

Not the OC part, but the fan voting on plays.

85% of the accounts will be non-Cowboys fans voting for Dak to quick-kick on 1st down.

That would be one of the most entertaining ideas. Putting Cowboys fans in charge!? Lmao.

Make it 25 cents per vote and Jerry is all over this.

Do we get to vote for an ownership change as well?

And Rowdy, do we get to vote him out as well?

And how about the one that gets the most plays right each week, gets a Cheerleader pile? Women can choose a player pile....but don't have to.

Any limit on the number of Statue of Liberty plays I can call. Don't want the rules to be too rigid.

The potential for corruption is my favorite part. Anyone can play by the rules. Takes a lot of moxie to cheat, win and get by with it.

I had this same idea a few years back. This is exactly what the XFL should be doing.

Fan run teams. Real life Madden.

You pay a fee. Fans control rosters, trades, play books, game plans, etc.

If your team wins the "super bowl", you get back your money and a bonus.

instead, may be a participation fee per game for processing.
plays would be selection from a long list divided into categories and subcategories to expedite voting
jerry can make a lot of $

The most valuable franchise in sports should just hire the best coaches and let them coach. This may not be too popular and I know it goes against the grain but I think it will work;)

You'd have to run it just like a real game. Every week there is a game plan. A subset of all the plays in a play book.

Based on down and distance, you'd have plays to pick from. Also you could specify certain players to be the focus. It would have to happen pretty quick. But with the right system and some practice, it could be doable.

There would also have to be some reward system for calling good plays vs being a tool. Like you get credits if the play you called is the one picked. And then you could also vote on the actual play chosen if you think it will work or not.

As you build up credits, you can use them to override plays and decisions. You'd have to earn a lot of credits to do that, but it would be cool option.

You could earn credits on players performance, successful trades, lots of things.

Id pay 500 bucks to do this. The focus wouldn't be watching the game just for entertainment, which will be much lower quality than the NFL. The focus would be running a team and a game.

This wouldn't keep the defenses from knowing what play they are going to run. Maybe they run the play that wins, but they have to line up as if they are running the second place play.
