I've been saying for years that there should be a pay-per-view single game option. They could price it out so that it's a bit more than the single team option. For example, if the single team option is $100, then the single game option could be $10. I live in a non-Dallas area, but it's an NFC East area. As a result I get most of the Dallas games. By the end of this season, for example, there will only have been one Dallas game that wasn't available to me on one of my local channels, ESPN, or Amazon Prime. I pirated that one unavailable game, but for $10 I would legitimately pay for it. $10 is way cheaper than an afternoon at the sports bar. It seems to me that with the single game option, they would capture some money that they wouldn't otherwise get.

My understanding is the RedZone as you knew it on Directv is no more. They'll have the whiparound on NFL Network and that's it. I haven't seen anything yet that indicates Youtube will offer something similar.

I saw a tweet from Scott Hansen (Hanson?) the Red Zone host on cable that said that it is alive and well. Maybe they’ll just move Andrew Siciliano over to a YouTube specific RedZone channel?

the single team would be ideal. DTV a while back allowed me to buy individual games. To me thats the best option Ala cart. It is usually between 3-4 dallas games per season that aren’t on national TV or at least on here in the NJ area. Would much rather pay $30 each for the 3-4 games than pay for the ticket just for 3-4 games.

Another thing that just occurred to me:

I have Hulu Live for my TV package. They include NFL Network in their lineup, and Red Zone is an extra option that you can pay for. I'm going to assume that one of the stipulations is that YouTube TV doesn't yank away options like that from companies that are basically competitors. I never paid for it for budgetary reasons (gotta draw the line somewhere) but I'd hate to see it become an exclusive product.

I usually get between 12-14 games a year I would gladly pay 20-30 to see the ones I do not get better than the $100+ i drop in bars to see it and having to put up with obnoxious Ravens fans.
