From what I hear, Jeeps have a lot of mechanical problems. Also, I don't think the gas mileage is in the ball park of what the OP is looking for.

Yep.

I so wanted a Grand Cherokee but I couldn’t get past all the poor reviews, class-action law suits related to faulty transmissions, lemons, et cetera.

Folks should checkout this website called CarComplaints.com. It tracks each model year and the most prevelant issues with each model, recalls, et cetera.

Toyota, Honda, and Chevy all three have at least two cars in the top 10 most stolen list. You would think they work a little bit harder to prevent being on that list. Nope, Toyota and Honda are always leading that list.

Bought my wife a 2017 Subaru Outback and then she told me to get a car so I bought a new Vette in January. I was never a huge Subaru fan but I am glad I got the Outback.
