he's going to be getting fitted for his 2nd SB ring 2 weeks from now........hating him but being clueless and blind to how good he is, well it might make you feel better but it just doesnt make it true. He's plenty 'elite' judging by his performances in big games: THE SECOND HALF WON'T BE CLOSE BTW: NOT UNLESS THEY CAN find someone to cover cruz: Rogers SUCKS:bang2:
You can try to make them see reason but they won't, I think Romo is a very good QB right now but not better than Manning. They seperated a few years ago, regardless of how much hate people spew Manning steps up when needed and yes I know we have a horrid line but the stats of Greenbay show a line similar to ours and Rogers is lights out... almost.

Don't have to be a Jerry Jones fanboy to realize that Romo is a better QB than Manning the Lesser.

Yeah, meanwhile Eli will be getting fit for his SECOND superbowl ring. I wonder which of this 2 QB'S will be remembered as elite in the future? I wonder which one will make the HOF?

Hall of Fame != Hall of Good.

Unless you want to argue John Stallworth > Drew Pearson.

Who is remembered as elite, Jim Plunkett or Dan Fouts?

Pretty much. This team finds itself in so many situations where they can prove it and take control of their own destiny and more often than not they fail.

Because we have so many players who are over the hill, are quitters, or are weak minded. It sucks but hopefully it will change soom.

Cruz & Nicks are what Cowboy fans thought Austin & Bryant were going to be.
austin is too busy starting nightclubs in dallas and bryant is too busy getting thrown out of them.

Eli is better than Romo, he puts lots of pressure on the opposing QB and plays great DB too. That's the difference, he makes the Giants defense better, than Romo makes his defense.

Welp we're going to see the same in the 2nd half as we saw in the first according to Harbaugh. So 20-14 Giants is the final.

Exactly, the Giants defense played lights out down the stretch while Dallas' got worse and worse as the season went on. Lets blame Romo!

I hope Jerry Jones is watching this, and feeling like the GM (General MoFo) that he is. That is all.

Did you watch the 2009 season?

Our defense was average but ranked 2nd in points allowed due to Romo's efficient and mistake free control of the offense.

Yet people like to point to that year as a year we had a dominant defense. This defense has never been dominant. You return largely the same players and then they just fall off a cliff? That's not a dominant defense at all.

All good teams have something they can lean on. You have your teams who have elite QBs with a great offense. You have your teams who have great defense and solid running games (Even with average QBs). Rarely do you have a mediocre at best to terrible at worse offensive line and a horrible defense and go far in the NFL.

What does that mean? Well, the DL/OL are the most important parts to the makeup of successful defenses and offenses. But no, let's go trade away half a draft for a sub-par WR and then draft a bunch of role playing ST players who don't pan out.
