Dallas needs three interior linemen alone on offense, backup quarterback plus a tightend, and atleast 6 new starters on defense..good luck!

I disagree. None of the teams in this league are dominant, a few upgrades here and there can put an average team over the top.

Just adding a Jonahtan Joseph and Daniel Manning completely turned around Houston's secondary this season. Yes, we wont be a dominant defense but we can get to the middle of the pack with a better pass defense.

Adding a veteran G and drafting a guy like DeCastro would greatly improve the offensive line as well. Our offensive was pretty darn good this season, especially when Murray was doing his thing. Upgrading the offensive line and getting another full season for the younger guys should help this team out.
