Newark-Star Ledger: Jacobs Is Uncertain To Play Against Cowboys..

I expect Jacobs to play and think he is clearly a hardnosed player. I think the key to stopping him to get him moving sideways and not let him get his shoulders turned up field I think Dallas can accomplish this if they can get a good push up the middle with Ratliff and Tank. Jacobs is not going to make many miss his game is based on power. Ward on the other hand is quick and shows greater agility. Both are good backs running behind a good line and the Cowboys no doubt will have their work cut out for them.

I heardt his morning Jacobs has injury's in both knee's. acually the knee thats hurt from about a month ago and reinjured this past weekend is just bruised. But this morning I heard his other knee has more serious damage to it. I dont think he is going to play. I think he is alot more beat up then the team is letting on. the games he played since coming back from his injury where not typical jacobs style games. he had some nice runs but I noticed he avoided heavy contact both games. thats not jacobs.

Jacobs is a hard nosed football player. to say something like that is lame bro. if you win, you should wanna beat the giants the right way.

Hmm. After the first meeting, many Giants said that our injuries weren't an excuse for losing. I can't wait to hear what the Giants have to say if Jacobs can't play.

Giants coach Tom Coughlin shed little light on Brandon Jacobs' (knee) status in his Monday presser, saying only that Jacobs is "sore."

Coughlin confirmed the injury is an "ongoing thing," although he did say he thought Jacobs could have re-entered Sunday's game if he had to. The Giants were getting it handed to them by Philadelphia, so Jacobs stayed in the sidelines. Jacobs is uncertain to play in Week 15 against the Cowboys.

Were not the giants trying to clinch the nfce and the fact that jacobs COULD HAVE but didnt go back in proves one thing,that he really is hurt and couldnt go or he is just a punk and let his team down when it needed him...i guess we will find out sunday
