for some players it was better to add weight and others to lose. Each has to find out where they play best. BP does love power but he never over looks speed and quickness. I would point out that ware played very well at any weight, where as Spears- I cannot tell the difference. James is the one I do agree on as regards weight. Frankly none of the others really seemed to make much difference.

Saw this tonight... Good footage of Newman working with the young CBs on their technique... Scandrick did prop Smith (who looks to me like he has some bulk to him), B.Will, and J.Will (WG ) and even Hodge.

Brady (Tinker) said some insider told him Sensabaugh was a good special teamer, but not someone you want starting long-term at S. Somehow I doubt that...
