Next OC. Mike McCarthy or Kliff Kingsbury?

I would like to see someone younger come in with some new ideas

Yeah, no one is giving up the HC job at en elite program like Oklahoma to be an NFL assistant. No one.
Ahem.

You are talking about THE DALLAS COWBOYS. Per some people, we are America's Team and anyone would be willing to donate a body part just to have the privilege to coach here.

Cool

Let's get Lincoln Riley as OC, Sean Payton as Tight Ends Coach, McVay as WR coach, and Belichick as defensive quality control coach.

But Kellen Moore stays at QB Coach, that is a dealbreaker.

Sean McVey disagrees with you.

I'll take his word for it

Sean McVay doesn’t run the air raid, he runs a hybrid west coast scheme.

The Patriots run the closest thing you’ll see in the NFL to a college air raid scheme, but it’s only a third or so of their playbook and they have tGOAT QB.

No, head coach. Do it.

Yeah, a 35 year old with two years of HC experience in the rinky dink Big XII. What could go wrong?

He won’t be facing Kansas and their 220 pound defensive linemen the NFL. He has the luxury of out-athleting everyone else in that garbage conference.

What experience did Pederson have? How about McVay?

I know it is nice to pretend there is some grizzled NFL veteran out there that can win consistently, but that will probably die with Belichick.

Even McCarthy had a nice record over all, yet, here he is.

Because McVay is of course the norm now...

Pederson was a 48 year old with 7 years of NFL coaching experience when he was hired.

People actually think Kliff would come in here and turn Dak into Mahomes and we'd have an air raid offense. Hilarious.

Well, something has to be done along those lines.

It is pretty clear that Jones is going to hitch his wagon to Prescott.

The only way that kind of brutal decision is going to work out is if there is a coach in place that can somehow communicate down to the level that he can understand and appreciate.
