I don’t think the INT was blatant holding. You are allowed to touch the receiver and maintain contact as long as you are just feeling for him and not redirecting or impeding. The defender had a fist of jersey that could be called holding, but he never tugged or impeded the receiver....he was feeling the movements. If the receiver broke off, I’m sure holding would be obvious, but they were both exactly where they wanted to be, and the defender was looking back for the ball. I’m not saying it wasn’t holding, just not any impact on the play, and not shocked it wasn’t called.
