Roy Williams was dirty and deserves to be irrelevant? How is that stupid?

I've seen him use that Horse Collar on T.O, MCnabb, etc and if i were a fan of the opposing team i'd hold my breath everytime he violently yanked those guys down like that. As a matter of fact T.O was knocked out for an extended time because of it. The extra bitterness also comes from the fact that he costed a good team that we had even with Bledsoe because he allowed opposing offenses to go Madden on us and throw to their TE for 200 yds.

He's made good plays early in his career for us but he was exposed and never recovered from that.

It is a rule now ....... just like when they outlawed the head slap by d-linemen ..... or the hands to the face by the 0-linemen in the 90's .....

Just a reactionary rule put in place by our over sensitive league.

He has played average the last few years ..... has nothing to do with that rule.

Darren Woodsen himself said that, that tackle never was a problem until Roy used it so effectively.

The Cowboys desparately need an O-Lineman at 27.

But I'd bet Jerry's left nut that he's trading down. Dude ALWAYS trades down. He's always betting he can find the diamond in the lower rounds that all the speculators just didn't catch. Guy will probably trade down 2 or 3 times.

Allen at 27 is probably going to be ok. I think he'll be looking for a playmaker first, too. But I won't be at all surprised if we take an OL in the first or second.

I'd be willing to guarantee one of first two picks will be OL. Just a lot of value there and we need it. Is Nate Allen worth a first rounder though? I guess we'll have to wait until the combine, argh!

I think he'll rate a low first round/upper second round before it's all over and I think that's where he'll go. The only reason not to take someone like him in the draft is because they think highly of M Hamlin AND they don't think both starting safeties need to be replaced now. If you threw in there they are desperate to draft OL for the future, I wouldn't argue with you.
