I would agree with this. The NFC East is so terrible talk is largely still a spillover from the 2020 season where this was probably true. A 7-9 Washington team made the playoffs, the Cowboys were terrible after Dak went down with injury. Philly had the Wentz/Hurts debate, and the Giants were still clinging to the hopes that a rookie HC with a Special Teams background would be able to lead the rebuild.
Last year this division produced two playoff teams, and through 4 weeks this year has the only undefeated team and only one team under .500.
I don't expect the Giants to keep pace, honestly, I'm not sure any of these teams keep their current winning paces (other than washington) but we are also already 1/4th of the way into the season and have to believe you have two teams that will be over .500 in Dallas/Philly, and one with a good shot to be around that mark in the Giants.
This will obviously change, but we have 3 divisions right now that dont have a team over .500, and that will go to 4 tonight if the Rams lose. The NFC East has 75% of their division over .500
