Saints made it at 8-8...had we won on the final day of the season (we were minus Aikman in Atlanta) we'd have made it at 8-8 over New Orleans

This isn't parity, this is mediocrity!!

I miss the 90's. Give me a few dominant teams over 10 mediocre teams any day of the week. Makes for much better watchable football.

The NFL needs to raise the salary cap so teams can actually have some depth. But I've been saying that forever.

As the cap goes up, so do player's salaries. That's how it was designed to work.

no, the Cardinals this yr won the WS with an 83-78 regular season...pretty sure its the worst record ever for a WS winner

Houston won 88 games in 2005 but didnt win the WS, they were swept
