With a victory last nite against the Bears, the Cowboys climbed back into the wildcard seat as the #5 seed with a 66% probability of being a playoff team. They still do not control their own destiny in the Division race.

A victory over the Eagles next week will give them a shot at one of the top seeds. They'd better find a way to plug that hole up in the intermediate zone the Bears exploited in the 4th quarter if they want to win a few more games this year.

On the other hand, the Cowboys showed they can effectively run their offense in cold weather last last night. I consider that a big positive.

I think the Cowboys are built offensively to play with the Packers. They can keep Rodgers off the field and win the TOP game.

Defensively, I have no illusions the Cowboys can slow Rodgers down, but I do think all-in-all the Cowboys have more than a puncher's chance of beating GB @ Lambeau.

I'm beginning to worry if Dallas takes the division and has to play Philly again at home. I'd rather they hit the road at this point.

Our run game will carry us into the playoffs. I'm glad to see Beasley is being used more. As long as we keep winning we'll be in the playoffs. I don't care how we get in, as long as we're in.

LOL at if we somehow make it to Green Bay. You guys are so all over Green Bay's jockstrap so much. Like they are invincible or something. That team has 1 less loss than we do. They are very beatable at Lambeau, not at Lambeau.

If we go 11-5, it won't be "easy" to miss the playoffs. Arizona, Seattle, and San Fran all have to play each other. At least two of those teams are going to lose at least one game. Additionally, Arizona has KC and St Louis, San Fran has San Diego, and Seattle has Philly and St Louis. I Dallas goes 11-5, they'll likely get in.

You're right. We don't. I was counting on a Philly loss to Sea and to us. So we do need them to lose one game outside of us.

Well we aren't New Orleans and I don't remember them thinking that was the smart thing to do. It just happened because Atlanta won that division and finished 13-3 that year, 2 games better than New Orleans. So no I nor anyone else remembers that.
