True. Plus the 49ers are covering him rushing thus giving up other plays as a result. Whilst he hasn't thrown a TD, as the 49ers respect the heck out of his legs it's worth its weight in gold. Eagles racked up 21 points in the first half, Cowboys only put him 13 points over the whole game.
