I'm currently living in Houston TX, and Dallas and the texans both have 3pm games this weekend. When the home town team is on are other games allowed to be aired or do broadcasting rules not allow it?

There is a thread around here about it.

Listening to sports radio around here is unbareable when they win a game. I heard several Texan fans call in this week talking super bowl. They also think there is a big rivalry between them and the Boys even though us Boys fans could care less about them.
