You stopped reading because you know you're wrong and can't humble yourself to have an actual conversation. Instead you live in the world where everyone else are just "haters" for calling out the obvious.

Please....PLEASE show me where someone has called Jerry poor and cant pay players contracts.
I keep telling you guys, he is only here to argue, point blank, period...oh, plus the insults.

Read the thread. It’s all over the place.
Its really not...You are all over the place, most posters in this thread have been extremely consistent with their views. Its not that hard to look through some of the comments that you've questioned.....

He could be net asset rich and cash poor? Maybe?
The lakers owners(The Buss’),compared to other owners around the nba are some of the poorest
I expect that Jerry is rich on paper. None of that translates to actual dollars
None of these suggest that Jerry is poor. Just because you don't understand the difference between having assets and having cash doesn't make everyone else wrong. It just makes you ignorant to continue to suggest people are lying...which I really don't appreciate being called.

If I'm wrong it really shouldn't be that difficult for you to through a thread that is only a few pages deep so far to find me one quote of your claim that even one person is suggesting Jerry is poor and cant pay his players. Until then please stop being a hater, or at least participate in the thead in a way that shows you have some idea of what you're talking about.

I believe it. It becomes more clear every day that the dude is strictly a troll.

On the plus side, it keeps things interesting during the slow time of the year, and there is a good chance he goes MIA again come October.

Once Dak goes down, which is probably going to happen, he will turn into a ghost. It happened before and it will happen again.

Don't give me reason to root for a player to get injured
No, don't root for it, just wait for it. As he gets older he will break down more easily. Especially on the side of where his ankle snapped. That affects all that side of the body hence the hammy tear, same side.

So Jerry’s dirt poor and can’t come up with bonus money like the Eagirls did. Ok slick, got it.
What is with the absolutist stance. Neither is true.

Truth lies somewhere in the middle: he has assets that can cover expenditures, but he’d have to liquidate them, and that’s not always simple… or timely. Carrying around fully liquidated assets for no particular reason is the last thing a billionaire would ever want to do

Nope, no one has said that.

The fact that you think everyone is bashing Jerry and calling him poor is bizarre. If anything you claiming that Jerry is sleeping on piles of money while 80% of the league outspends him every March/April is the real insult. The rational people in this thread are simply explaining the spending habits of the Cowboys....You're essentially saying Jerry has the ability to anything he wants, but refuses to at the expense of him team. You're being a hater.

Jerry Jones is wealthy enough to fund escrow accounts required by the league to cover guaranteed compensation. He can afford to sign any free agent he wants. He can also sell up to ten percent of the franchise to multiple funds to raise capital. Many teams have done that in the last 12 months. (including Philadelphia). Jerry simply likes to do business his way. It’s his prerogative. It’s his team. Pointing that out doesn’t make a fan a “hater”.

Agree with everything except the last sentence. No one in this thread has argued that Jerry isn't wealthy. The argument has simply been Jerry doesn't have huge amounts of cash readily available as his wealth is typically tied up in assets and that has an impact on the way the team is ran in the offseasons.

The poster you're referencing believes that Jerry Jones has $17B sitting in a personal checking account (post #63), doesn't comprehend the difference in cash on hand vs assets, or at least refuses to acknowledge that part of the discussion, (Post #46, #48,#57, pretty much the entire thread) and is calling other posters liars (Post #98). I use hater because that is the posters favorite word of choice to throw around at anyone who disagrees with their stance. It may not be the most accurate descriptive word to select, but I stand by it.

How do you know that he would have to liquidate assets? You don’t so quit acting like you do just to further your stance that Jerry is cash strapped. BS.

I'll ask again...give me one quote from the entire thread that suggests anyone said Jerry is poor and can't pay his players. I've read through the entire thread and cant find one. I'm begging you to show some backbone and support your claim.

While you're right its hard to believe Jerry can't muster up the cash because he seems to be able to do it with his own players he wants. I've never seen him let a player walk he wanted because it was too much cash to front.

I keep telling you guys, he is only here to argue, point blank, period...oh, plus the insults.
And what are you here for? It's not to contribute anything football-related. Can't be. All you do here is pick fights and crack an antiquated joke that no one laughs at.

I agree with this. A lot of these owners are older and stuck in their ways, i'm sure most operate this way and that's why a lot of them on the outside looking into consistent success like us as well.

Just read the thread dude. Several implied it including you. Do you think Jerry has the cash to do the contracts that Philly has done? Yes or no.
