I'll say this, assuming we wouldn't have won the Super Bowl anyway, getting Takkarist McKinley would be worth losing when we did...

Looking at the draft order, I wonder if Arizona could be enticed into giving up pick #13 for Romo and our #28 pick?

Is Palmer thinking of retiring?

Plus, even if they did move on from Palmer, the difference between the 13th and 28th pick value wise is a mid/high 2nd Rd pick.
Seems like more than most would give up, but I guess we won't know until it's over.

Hmmm....15 spots is a lot to climb up. We may have to throw in a 3rd round pick if one is to assume Romo has a 2nd round value in a trade.

And then take Mike Williams. The collective thud you would hear in Philly would be awesome.

LOL.

I know you were looking at Barnett at 14 though.
Long as he can avoid running into the goal post, I think he is a baller. Seen Megatron comps.

BTW is there a team that desperately needs a player more than Seattle needs Bolles? Their O Line is five sieves.

Brugler mentioned Rivers from Youngstown State as a possibility for Dallas around the 31 minute mark. Thinks he'll go top 100.

A lot of defensive talent in this draft, I'd be thrilled if we were sitting there at 28 with a choice between McKinley and Zach Cunningham. So much so, I'd probably try to trade back up and get Cunningham.

Man Cunningham isn't getting past the slurs let's be real here. I'm much more impressed with his tape than Jaylen Smith to be honest. Hope he goes elsewhere

Wouldn't hate the McKinley pick at all but make no mistake picking him is more about potential than production. 16 sacks in three years isn't great but yes I agree that his NFL upside is tantalizing.
If we went WR I'd take Corey Davis over Mike Williams.
