2015 only ended up like it did because Tony got hurt and we didn't replace Murray. If Tony stays healthy, we win the division 2015 as well, making it 3 years in a row

You can't say that for certain.

Even the games with Tony, we didn't look good. Barely beat the Giants, the Eagles game was a punt fest until the touchdown by Brandon Weeden, and the Dolphins game we were losing for a half.

We can blame it on whatever we want (injuries, chemistry, coaching etc) but the 2015 Cowboys even with Romo did not look as good as the 2014 Cowboys.

I will give you the division was so garbage that we were still in contention after being 3-7

The point is we were 2-0 until Tony got injured while the Giants, Eagles were 0-2 and the skins were 1-1. The division was so bad that we still had a chance to win it, despite being 2-7.

Even in those 7 losses straight, we were in the game until the end (except for the patriots game). If we had any semblance of a QB, we win run away with the division. Hell, we beat the "division champ" deadskins with matt cassell at QB.

I'd be fairly certain we'd have won the NFCE with Tony Romo in 2015, walking away. Those Saints, Seahawks, Eagles, Bucs, Jets and Bills games, for sure.

If you are a Giants fan, this is exactly what you'd want to hear.

As a Cowboys fan, this reminds me of that year that Justin Tuck and those guys were talking weeks in advance, and we wiped the field with them, and then one of our defensive linemen had "blood" on his mouth after "just finishing up eating some Giants."

As a Cowboys fan, this reminds me of that year that Justin Tuck and those guys were talking weeks in advance, and we wiped the field with them, and then one of our defensive linemen had "blood" on his mouth after "just finishing up eating some Giants."

Probably would have won the division but the team didn't look all that great. Was lucky to win the first 2 games.

Which is why I say there's no guarantee we win the division. It's obviously a matter of opinion but we didn't look good in any of our 3 games we won.

If we are to base this off the premise that we were in all those 7 games we lost, I could just as easily say we could have easily lost the games that were close in 2014. The Seahawks, Giants (in NY), Texans, and Rams could have been losses knocking us out of division contention.

Why is this 4 pages long. Why? So a guy on another team said that his team is going to win the East. What did you want him to say?, The cowboys will win and we have no shot? Come on. It's no big deal. When Dak was asked about the division, of course he is going to say I think we will win. I don't get why this matters to anyone. The Cowboys have enough issues. Let's just play the season and see what happens. I get it something to talk about till camp gets really going but stop taking things so personally. This is a knock on anyone. It's not a personal attack, but sometimes I would think as a fan base we would be better than this.
