This is why voting should be current and former players/coaches only.

This was a comment posted.... :(

"I honeslty think that Michael Turner is a better Back than Peterson. Yes Peterson has more yards overall but thats all he has on Turner. Turner is more elusive, stronger, and faster. Yes i am a huge Flacons fan but the only reason that Peterson got has more yards than Turner is because of Atlanta plays harder teams and their line didn't always hold up like it should. Also For ILB Urlacher Should be in the #1 spot he plays hard every game and he has overall good Stats."

And then that same fan says "Dallas offensive line has been BRUTAL all season. Gurode,Davis and Adams shouldnt be on anybodies list"

Turner is a beast but better than AP? No way.

which Cowboys should make it?

imo,
-Ware
-Witten
-Ratliff
-Adams
-James

there might be more than that, but those 5 should be among them. It would be cool if Ratliff and James go to their first PB.

Ware, Romo, Witten, and possibly Ratliff. I think Newman might have made a small, late, push with his game Sunday, showing how good he is when healthy, but I doubt he makes it.

If I were voting the only for sures would be Romo, Ware, and Witten.

Ware, Ratliff and Witten are easy choices, but Rat may get screwed.

Romo would've been a lock, but those 2 awful games versus the Cards and Steelers may keep him out.

Terence Newman, 4 picks and teams tend not to throw to his side. Maybe not as a starter but maybe a backup. He did it last year, in an injury plagued year.

In a post yesterday, I argued that Romo won't make it because Eli, Warner and Brees will get in. The way Romo gets in is if somebody backs out. We will see.

Yup, and the beauty of it all is a guy like Nick Folk doesn't even get sneezed at I bet.

No touchbacks on any kick-offs. Kickers don't just kick FG they influence the KR coverage so I understand the reasoning.

Those hurt and the 3 games he missed will hurt as well.

But don't forget Brees and Warner have had their bad outings.

Brees
3 picks against the Falcons and Bucs, also a blowout in Carolina. Plus they aren't making the playoffs.

Warner
3 picks against the Jets and Eagles, both blowouts. The Vikings just handed it to them.

Should be close, I'd love to see Romo get in.

I wouldn't call the Cards game an awful game. He threw for over 300 yards, 3 TD's and no interceptions.

Awful may have been a bit much, but Romo had 3 fumbles.

Vic Carucci, Thomas George, Pat Kirwan and Gil Brant all considered DeMarcus Ware as the top NFC outside linebacker this season, but Steve Wyche didn't? What's his damage?

Correction: Tuck is a starter. One of the New York newspapers' blogs had it wrong at first.
