Cardinals got who the Cowboys should have picked at 12. I am going to be mad if Nolan ends up being a beast. Beast DT > Beast Guard.
Every qb needs weaponsIt’s 2025 why are we discussing this? Doofus still needs weapons.
yeah, just a little disappointed that we have to invest another top pick to just maintain.... oh wellZack absolutely sucked last year. His backups played much better and they should stay backups.
That's Philadelphia West at this point... they following the formulaAnd the Cardinals get the best DT in the draf
You read that here first. This pick wouldn’t have happened if the Cowboys believed Tyler Guyton was going to live up to his draft position last year.
He plays the 3 and so does OsaWalter Nolan would have been a nice addition to one of the worst defenses in Cowboy history.
Yes that’s my point.Every qb needs weapons
So the bar you are using are hof level players to justify your stance?and we probably would not have made the playoffs had he not been on the line. I mean, you can use the quote for any position on the field: 'Ceedee had 3 great seasons and we won one playoff game in that entire time'. 'Witten had a HoF career and we won....." "DeMarcus Ware had a HoF career here and we won...'
That sentence is completely meaningless.
I agree with that. We need strength for that running game and a good guard helps. We needed a good guard.I’m okay with the pick. If they are committed to running the ball, this pick will help.
Look...if you can only converse with people that slobber on whatever Jerry does, year after year, decade after decade, OF FAILURE, then there's plenty of those types here.Try to actually fire off some of our brain cells. Andy Reid didn't just "figure out" the offensive line. And because of that, his once MVP QB that everyone thought was the next Brady is now looking to be a top 12 QB because he doesn't have the time in the pocket to do what he used to do.
The idea here that you don't take a guard in the top 15 because "premium positions" despite you leaving out the context of the draft. I guarantee if you listed off guys in those premium positions, they'd be a bigger reach than what you're crying about now.
You guys said this about Guyton lastvyear and we were right. Stop brining up something that happened over a decade ago, when recent history shows us different.I remember similar reaction to Fred the Beard pick. How did that turn out for us? I love this pick.
He had Randy Moss or Jerry Rice as WR?Romo had the 2nd best wr in NFL history before he got emotional and ran him out of town.
