Because if these 1st round QBs play to their draft grade, you can neutralize them with a pass rush. Control the LOS on both sides of the ball and you win a lot of games.

I like Cooper...love him sctually.

But “huh” what?

Without Cooper we were heading toward picking between , say, 8-13 range.
Plus instead of a rookie deal, we are going to pay Cooper a huge contract...but maybe the differnce is not quite 80, if thats what you mean.

Again, I’m thrilled with Cooper, but this was the price.

Heard the Garrett Bradbury C NC St. rumors all week long...and just couldn't buy into it. What do they do w/ Pat Elfein? Elfein was quickly becoming one of the better centers in the league...Don't like the pick....think Cody Ford might have been a better pick.
