Seriously, who cares? Just another beauty contest - might as well have a swimsuit round.

Winning is all that matters. Win and you're a genius. Lose and you're a... well... loser. Let's don't over-think it.

David Lee Roth is a radio DJ now isnt he , in dallas area.
Guess he spent all his $
Was stupid to quit van halen.

I thought he was touring with VH very recently. I recall a performance of Panama and, well, it wasn't extremely flattering for DLR lol. Still entertaining though.

If you could read my mind, love, what a tale my thoughts would tell.

For the record, deep down in my subconscious in places I don't want to admit (fully) in public, I will admit that I have a secret love for Gordon Lightfoot's music.

There I said it. Not sure why I said it. I've always felt that way and I felt it was time to let the world know right here on CZ.

No need to thank me.

14. Jason Garrett, Dallas Cowboys
Garrett was one of the more difficult head coaches to rank. It seems like folks are more underwhelmed than wowed by him, but it's tough to find serious flaws in his coaching record. Garrett took over a 1-7 team in Week 10 of the 2010 season and led Dallas to a 5-3 finish down the stretch -- with Jon Kitna at quarterback. While his Cowboys finished 8-8 three seasons in a row, they were in position to win the NFC East in Week 17 of each campaign. In 2013, hopes were dashed when Tony Romo was injured for the season finale. Last year, Garrett and the Cowboys surprised everyone, actually raising hopes with a 12-4 mark and a two-game playoff run.

so nothing bad said.
all the coaches above him have done better than JG, except lewis, and kelly has a better win loss record, and was a winner in college.

For easy listening Canadian 12 string acoustic folk music, you can't beat Gordon.

"icing kicker". Looks legit. Oh wait.

Coughlin, Kelly, Pagano, Fox, and Lewis are not better than Garrett.

I disagree with you about Coughlin and Fox, but you have a point with the other three.

For those who haven't seen this...And how Chip Kelly is ranked above Garrett is beyond me?...and Marvin Lewis..and a couple others. I don't know why I continue to read these ridiculous rankings but I can't help it. I keep waiting for a level headed, unbiased list but haven't found one yet. I guess I expect too much......

Jeff Fisher, Jim Caldwell, and Lovie Smith should all be ranked higher.

It's not even worth my time to do it. I have wartched every game he has coached and he certainly helped us lose a couple of them. Poor play calling, poor time management, icing the kicker, etc.
Well which is it? You went from him costing us games to he helped cost us games. To me personally a head coach would have to, waste all of our timeouts on challenges, run the ball on 3rd and 30 multiple times if he was also acting offensive coordinator, and start Weeden over Romo to have "literally cost us games".

JG has literally only had one good season as head coach and one playoff win. He looked lost for his first couple of years/learning on the job. He literally cost us games while learning. Please don't crown him just yet. Let him have a little more success.

Yes he has but as HC with little to no actually HCing experience he was not that bad. I mean hell look at Carroll, who based on that list is coaching god, let that ******* playcall cost them the SB.

Yeah that was moronic but he also led them to a super bowl victory too. If JG does that, he moves way up on the list. As of now, he is where he belongs on the list.

So let me understand. Since he has been to the SB you are allowed to make mistakes that an inexperienced HC is not allowed to make?????

And mike Tomlin should be ranked lower. Never understood the Tomlin love

I think Tomlin is good coach, though I think he is coming to the end with that team. I think he has relaxed abit and the inmates are running the asylum there but he has had a very good run.

Icing kicker? Special teams coach was running down the sideline to Garrett to call the timeout that is why he called the time out, to claim he was icing his own kicker is just stupid. That was not the intent at all.
