Why bother conducting an investigation?
Goodell already demonstrated that the findings of the chief investigator do not matter.
He opened that Pandora's box and now he cannot close it.
More accusations will follow.
Goodell gave predatory women license to falsely accuse and/or black mail any player.
Good job Roger!

Bet anything that he gets a slap on the wrist. Unless he's traded to the Giants.

Permanently banned from Uber.... Jameis is maturing right in front of our eyes. It would of been nice to have heard about this when it happened 8 months ago.

This sounds like an opportunity for Jerry to bring an NFL owner over to his side. If Glazer supports him, he can make public statements that he hopes Goodell will treat Winston fairly in the investigation. If he doesn't, Jerry will be talking very loudly to the press that there is already more evidence against Winston than there is against Zeke, therefore he needs to be suspended.

Time to start playing hardball with these other owners.
exactly, get this all over the internet, to where goodell cant hide and has to suspend winston due to pr from media on the internet, then u will get the tampa bay owner mad at goodell to,

Wilson proves once again he's not a CEO type NFL QB. He just doesn't have the it factor.

This is the legacy the NFL (Goodell) has created: This woman (via her lawyer) is going straight to the NFL to investigate. Not the police, not the authorities, not the local prosecutors.

"We have asked the NFL this morning to investigate Mr. Darby and are demanding that he immediately turn his phone over to the NFL so the GPS history can be forensically examined.” - John Clune (representing the Uber driver)

Darby isn't even the one accused of the crime. The above request is simply a desire to establish if he was there or not.

Just read an article where Fletcher Cox is being sued by a North Carolina man for ruining his marriage. Apparently he is being sued for malicious acts as he had sex with the woman, sent picture of his privates on Snapchat and texted inappropriate sexual messages to the woman. I don't think Goodell will do anything but one could say that is conduct detrimental to the league or at least this guys marriage.
