Polamalu overrated???!!! He had one down year and he's overrated. Funny stuff. Now, Pierce and Jackson overrated? I'd give those two a thumbs up no doubt.

Throw in last year's version of Ocho Stinko as well... They need to bring back Ickey woods in Cinci

Polamalu is a playmaker. He makes things happen. He is constantly around the ball. The guy goes flying through the air to make a play.

We have guys that cant even tackle guys on the ground.

What a load of crap.

Polamalu is the best safety in football. Comparing him to Ed Reed shows unbelievable ignorance. Reed is a pure center fielder while Polamalu is the most complete strong safety the NFL has seen in years. He's great versus both the run and pass.

Troy Polamalu- Sure, he will make a play or two, but he is being compared to Ed Reed and thats where its getting ridiculous. Hes made to look silly often, but his hair is so adorable no one seems to notice

Runner up-
Antonio Pierce- Slow, out of shape, weak, poor in coverage. Ive never seen a MLB w/ a bigger gut and smaller arms.

All rookie team-
Desean Jackson- He might be a playmaker, but hes about as sharp as a marsmallow peep. He also has questionable hands. We will ride with Eddie Royal or Donnie Avery.

In my opinion, it's ridiculous for anyone to compare a free safety to a strong safety or visa versa. The primary thing associating the two positions is the word 'safety'. The responsibilities of both positions are not exactly the same. You may as well compare a fullback with a halfback since both are running backs.
