This is the worst mock draft in the history of mock drafts.
 
That's more trades than a used car salesman. The only way this would work is if we received quality picks in 2022 once the world is back to normal and there are more interior defensive players available. I honestly would rather draft no more than 6 or 7 players this year. Too much uncertainty with the 2021 draft. Its going to be hard to have a combine and social distance.

So the Eagles trade up to take an OT when they took one in the 1st 2 years ago and have Lane Johnson signed long term to a fairly team friendly deal? They’ll try to move up but it will be for J Chase around 4! Dallas moves down twice to take an OT. Uh huh, and fans would burn down the pretty new stadium! Reports today that Detroit is stepping away from Stafford after this season and they take a WR with Wilson still on the board! I couldn’t do any more, making my head hurt!

Then why isn't Eagles 1st round Andre Dillard starting then over that 7th round Australian? I think Dillard sounds like he could be a bust. Eagles are going to part ways with Carson Wentz and he is still young and has upside. What do Jags need? A QB,TE,DT. They get all that and still a 1st round pick.

Lions going to move on from Stafford you say?. How about they hire a new head coach first to see what he wants to do or see if the GM keeps his job when the season is over also? Stafford will be 33 next year still young enough to play and his contract is a monster. Lions better off keeping him.

Dillard is on IR with a torn bicep. Reports at the time were the surgeons consulted all felt that Tyrons neck issue was easily correctable and that the surgery would prolong his career! Oh, and he missed time because of an elbow injury last year. Two prior years it was MCLsprains. He hasn’t had an issue with his back since 2016!

Stafford signed a 5 yr 135 million contract through 2023 with 50m garanrtees. It was restructured at the beginning of this season and the 2023 season was voided as part!

Tyron missed games because back issues also last season. You believe a guy who has had back issues and now neck surgery is the long term solution at LEFT TACKLE? A game that jars you at every snap. A man going into his 30s? I give what I can see a real assessment to Tyron if I was his Doctor.. " If you don't stop playing football you will be in a wheelchair before you hit 50".

He is only 25, 2nd pick in the draft. He did make the Pro Bowl also. He goes with two other Pro Bowl players in the trade and the Jags still get to keep a TOP TEN PICK vs drafting a rookie QB trying to figure it out going through growing pains and Coaches and GM jobs on the line. Jags also are a very young team and need some Veteran Leadership. That might be hard to turn down.

I don’t think there’s ever been this many trades in the 1st round. Wentz sucks so no one is going to trade for him and his massive cap hit. And the Eagles aren’t going to give up the best player on their team in Cox. The draft isn’t some Xbox game.

FWIW, the Eagles apparently are so-so on Dillard. Team has not been happy with him in practice and the few times he's played.
