CowboysZone ULTIMATE Fan
wiziwig & firstrowsports was good enough for me last year for other NFL games after I cancelled everything from DTV.
Yes you need to download crap, and the popups. But it's free.
I have an older laptop, I'll use it for those sites so I don't put that crap on my current laptop.

I have a slingbox on my home tv so I can watch all the Cowboys games, as well as local DFW shows. Mavericks, Stars, and well, I guess the stRangers too.
Slinbox for me was very well worth it.

You don't understand that there is no advantage getting more cap when every team gets more. Just higher costs for the fan to see the NFL in every venue.

You dont understand that signing big deals now under the current cap expecting a huge future cap is a big advantage.

They doing that video game offer anymore? Like $100 gets you Sunday ticket for your computer along with the latest football game (Madden I think? I didn't play it). The stream worked quite well last year, and I may be interested in going that route again if available.

The only promotion they are running for streaming only is for people who can't get Direct TV in a certain city, apartment building that don't carry Direct TV, or if you are a student in a certain university ( I think you have to provide student ID #)

If you fall within that category, then the lowest plan is $199.00

I just switched to Direct TV from Dish and the only reason why is when the introductory price is gone, I will pause my TV service during the offseason since it is free and then resume when the season starts again. There is OTA, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon TV that I can run during the offseason.

When do you miss the beginning of games? I've had Sunday ticket for years and have never had an issue with the beginning of any game. I've also never had any issues with customer service. Quite the opposite. Whenever I have had to call,I usually get an actual person fairly quickly. And they've always been very nice.

I've had it for 15 years now so I can't really compare it to anything else. But I have friends who have Dish and I can't say it's any better. To each their own I guess.

I've been well treated for 15 years. I call all the time and get HBO or Showtime free for 6 months. They'll even discount Sunday Ticket for you if you call. I do it every other year. Last year, paid $15 a month for it. This year, i'll pay the normal, but will call again next year. Yes, you end up paying more if you have a separate phone/internet company, but it's worth it IMO.

It would be cool to get that Serbian (?) gamepass link working again. It was floating around the forum back in April but subsequently crashed...

I've heard that people were taking advantage of the Nedtherlands' free access to gamepass via VPNs for awhile but it was eventually shut down.

I've been paying $260-270 for the whole package every year (All teams, Post-season, Combine, Draft..the full Monty) and although it seemed like a gargantuan amount of money to spend, the ability to not have to wake up at 0200 in the AM to catch a live feed, to actually have great picture quality and all of the cool features like "condensed" game mode (watch a game in 30 minutes..only way to get through an AFC East game..meh) more than makes it worthwhile. So I guess I'll be using a VPN to tether my feed from Europe back to the states once I move back. Another plus of NFL Gamepass is there is no such thing as "blackout" games and any game (Sun, Mon or Thur games) can be watched at anytime.

Yeah, see I would totally do something like NFL Rewind where you can watch the game the next day for pretty cheap, but the dang social media bombards me with Cowboys updates as the game happens live.

Not to mention I live in Philadelphia where everyone spoils the games and rips me if the Boys aren't winning. I feel like people here enjoying watching the Cowboys lose more than watching the Eagles win...

The NFL should not be allowed to only offer exclusive deals for this. It's impossible for a cable company to compete and bid because they don't have a large enough coverage area. Even Comcast/Time Warner doesn't cover enough of the US to get this exclusive deal without a public outrage.

Every other major sports sells the season pass on multiple networks and online. The NFL started this with Madden EA sports exclusive deal which killed NFL 2k and also killed the progression of NFL video games.

I love football but this business practice is wrong.
