Sorry, I lost all respect for Woodson about 17 years ago. It was when the Cowboys played the Steelers in Texas Stadium, and Michael Irvin completely ate his lunch. I can't get that vision of Irvin carrying Woodson on his back for the last 10 yards to the endzone out of my mind.

I was at that game, and Woodson looked like he was about to cry on the sideline.

I didn't see the game, but Irvin, always says on his Radio show, how he owned Rod on the field. He says, he used to let Rod know as soon as he got on the field by getting real physical with him, and it would over pretty soon.

Rod Woodson is a great analyst. Much smarter than us arm chair qbs. He speaks nothing but the truth.

What a load of crap. He obviously knows more about playing the game than us 'armchair QB's', but that doesn't mean he's 1)smarter 2)knows more about specific teams or 3)tells the truth.

In fact, i seriously doubt he does nearly the 'analyzing' you think he does. The more I watch analysts on ESPN and NFLN, the more its obvious they do more piggybacking of other people's ideas than they do creating their own. Woodson is more often than not payed to be the antagonistic persona on that network than the reasonable one. Every network has them. That's the 'truth'.

Now go sit down in your inflatable Commanders armchair and do some more ' 'analyzing' for yourself.

With the way Romo's been treating the ball in the redzone this season, I dont see what about his prediction is outta line. Not everyone who bets against us is some bitter victim of the Cowboy greatness of the past that feels they need to take a shot whenever given the opportunity.

Naw dude, I watch the show faithfully. For him to speak highly of us is like pulling teeth and that includes last year too. His HATE is extremely obvious..

He has this year too, though it looks as if it pains him to say it.

It's not whether or not he picks us to win, or whether he actually believes that we're not that good that bothers me...it's the manner in which all of these networks use these 'analysts' as prognosticators that base their opinion on nothing. They use whatever cliche' that seems to fit best that week. They do very little 'analyzing'....and in many cases, i don't believe it's their fault. It would be next to impossible to analyze every game every week with any accuracy. These guys should be limited to talking about specific areas of expertise i.e. Mosley with the NFC East.

The formula these networks use sucks.

Especially when the HATE is so obvious!!! Tom Jackson, Keyshawn, Chris Carter, Woodson, Berman, and of course Bayless. Bayless is more of a clown tho, he really doesn't count....:laugh2:

Feh, he hates everything Cowboys. If Romo played anywhere else, he would be gushing over him.

Imagine if Romo played for the Steelers. I'm sure he would still hate him.

The video above has that highlight. It is at 0:55 in the video clip. The title is 1992 Cowboys, but that game was in 1991.

Irvin shrug off Woodson like a cheap jersey. No wonder he hates the Cowboys so much. Irvin made him look like a fool.

Enjoy!

Didn't Woodson say last week how our porous uh-oh secondary would get torched by the Packers high-fly passing game?:laugh1:

He did, it seems that all the anouncers except for jimmy johnson"how bout them cowboys" is bias against the cowboys it's really strange.
