Haha, i guess most of The Zone doesn't watch other teams. I watched Weeden a lot in Cleveland, he was really, really bad. I'd expect two picks unless we go ultra conservative.

Regardless, i'm still rooting for him.

At least maybe we'll get back to the running game.

Not surprised at this news at all. If he got another hit in the same area it could put him out for the season. Let it heal up for 3 weeks. Weeden can get the job done.

I really do think we will win today because of Weeden starting and not Romo. Give him a month to heal the fx and he'll be back for the Giants.

Hoping to be half the man Tom Landry was.

I say it's a smart decision as well. Romo most likely wanted to be out there since he's a very tough guy, but sometimes you got to dial back the toughness and make smart decisions. You don't want to lose Romo for the rest of the season by playing him if he's still hurting and has limited mobility.

I'd actually worry about putting him in a wheel chair. Reading the typical treatment the standard concern is injury of the spinal cord. I'm not a doctor but this is starting to have that feel of letting a guy permanently hurt himself and I'm glad the team decided against it.

This is the right decision and he shouldn't have come back in Monday night. I'm intrigued to see what Weeden can do with a full week of preparation. We might all be pleasantly surprised.

I think we'll be fine, Weeden can handle it and our oline will take control and manhandle there front 7. Another big day for Murray.

Let's not forget the power of this running game and you would think the coaches will let demarco dictate the game.

Let's go boys!!

If he cant go today, I let him sit till after the bye........................if we cant beat Jacksonville with Weeden, we are not going anywhere anyways.

I agree, let him rest today. If BW cant beat Jax we don't need him, then come back after the bye and get ready for the playoffs.

This is why you bring in a guy that has experience as your #2...Weeden took the reps this week, he will be as ready as he can be...the OL has to come up big in this game to give him a pocket and produce in the running game....

Why not? He looked better than Romo against the Skins and he is 100% healthy. He is going to lead us to victory.

Really? Weeden through a whopping 6 passes for 69 yards. 59 of those yards coming on a screen and a busted coverage. He didn't face the blitzes Romo did, and did nothing every other QB in the league wouldn't have done.

2 drives one that was setup by Murray and all of a sudden Weeden can handle it Weeden is the man! I mean really guys? We all rolled out eyes when he signed. The real Weeden showed up in PS after a decent game. The guy has no touch on his passes. Yeah he can throw it deep, but dude still sucks. Well so much for that.. Looks like we could be 2 games back of the Eagles after today. We do not win this game today with Weeden. I expect Todd Bowles to put on a clinic on how to confuse a QB that struggles thru his progressions. Well I guess I'll just get drunk during this game. Long-term it's time to start looking towards life after Romo in the draft.
