Shame they always bring up Jerry when talking to Stephen. Stephen has been around the NFL for years and they always need to bring up Jerry when talking to him. I am looking forward to Stephen fully taking the reigns and being the voice of the franchise. I find him to be pretty level headed and logical in his thinking and decisions.

Wow. Best segment I've seen by far. I love the part where he says he couldn't see the day where he took over due to his dad's passing. That's a good father/son relationship.

Owners and bosses like Jerry breed loyalty. So, I would expect his father/son relationship to be at the same level. He seems to be a somewhat fair balance between patience and expectation of the results, even if he is sometimes too loyal, which to me is just a "fault" of having a little bit too much of a good thing, i.e. mercy (empathy) outweighing justice (fairness).

Stephen drives a Ford truck.

They said Stephen was going to go to Princeton and play QB and compete with Garrett! I have never heard that! But he went to Arkansas because that is where is dad went.

Stephen also negotiated Emmitts deal back in 96.

He said Jerry rented out an office that overlooked the HS playing field when he was a QB, just so he could watch him.

Then in college they said somebody is watching our closed practice and they zoomed in and it was Jerry.

Thats really about it. He did get choked up which I can't blame him as it's his dad.
