I'm sorry to hear that, Brian.
Cmon. It's obvious."Obviously had a lot of success with this group..."
What success?
None of them are still in Dallas. Sorry, didn't think i needed to explain that.Odd... he's had 3 in his career. Scott Linehan. Kellen Moore. Brian Schottenheimer
1 is already a HC, the other is in the Super Bowl and is about to be a Head Coach, and Scott... well he was washed before Dak got here.
but still 2/3rds of them becoming HCs... seems like the opposite of "killing"
Math is tough, huh...MM was the OC HC so he’s killed off 4 OC and 2 HCs , running the same basic system which is why the OC in name only becomes the new HC, BS is a legend in NFL now, he’ll be in the barn with MM in few years after QB1 writes his eulogy in Dallas
Brian isn't in Dallas?!?!?None of them are still in Dallas. Sorry, didn't think i needed to explain that.
the 240M contract..come on man!"Obviously had a lot of success with this group..."
What success?
its continuity for Jerry. continuity of making money and minizing cost....cha ching...Anybody else over these losers preaching “continuity”?
which coach was able to hold players accountable under Jerry?Bingo.
He seems to value comfort over accountability.
its not insanity. they are accomplishing exactly what they want. everything they say is a spin. they are maximizing profits, increasing franchise value. that's all that matters. so yeah, they are not insane, in fact they are smart, because doing the same crap every year for 29 years has resulted in the most valued franchise in any sport and the highest profitable NFL team.If you look up the definition of insanity it should just have a picture of Jerry and Stephen Jones. Doing the same things over and over while expecting different results. It's purgatory.
you just described the legacy of Cowboys in the past 29 years and if it happens as you said, it will be 33 years of futility under joneses.Dak Prescotts “future” (and eventual legacy) is this….
THIRTEEN seasons, about a half BILLION in salary, and nada one NFCCG appearance.
Not talking about a SB win, nor a SB appearance, just an NFC final participation trophy. Nope.
This is not entirely a knock on him. He needs the proper supporting cast that his bosses aren’t capable of providing, or realizing…and/or believe he ought to be able to do without due to his salary. It won’t work.
More like can't learn a new offense.Code for I don't want to learn a new/different offense.
