That's exactly what i was thinking. I didn't pay attention to him during the season but I've been focusing on him when watching the replay games and he just looked lost.

On the 4th down play in the first half he ran right past the hole. He was able to turn back and make the tackle but Portis had already gained the 1st down.

Look at the first TD pass to Sellers early. He was actually running upfield INTO THE ENDZONE when he caught the ball.

I thought Roy and Austin looked good in this game, they were as effective as TO, I know TO drew coverage but none of the wideouts were game breakers in this game but Roy and Austin made some nice plays, more than TO who dropped many balls.

it was interesting to hear zorn criticize campbell on his decision making, but to be fair also praised him in other cases.

paid a lot of attention to spencer. maybe it's the scheme, but the dude runs around the RT everytime, even when it's a running play he runs out of the play.

I'd be willing to bet it's more a case of the latter than the former. Our receivers aren't exactly the types to get a ton of separation.

but i'm talking about knowing what the defense is doing, and having the confidence to throw in anticipation of wrs getting open.

i saw very few passes where the ball was thrown before the wr had already made his break.

This is one of those observations that's easy to make, because it's hard-to-disprove nonsense. I don't know what you mean by criticizing a QB for not 'having the confidence to throw in anticipation of WRs getting open.'

If you're talking about timing routes, those are dependent on WRs running actual routes.

Or are you referring to plays like Romo's first pick in PIT? Where TO broke off the route to get behind the S right as Romo had the confidence to throw the ball in anticipation of where the WR was going to be? Because that ended up not being such a good play for us, despite all Romo's confidence and anticipation.

Or are you talking just generally about ESP? Because if you're criticizing Romo for not having enough ESP, then that's something I can definitely get behind you on. Stupid Tony Romo.
