Have to agree although McKinley according to doctors will not be ready to practice until at the earliest late training camp and not be ready for the field until late September to late October. If true then sort of goes against not red shirt anyone since would only have him at most half a season. They really like Moreau also at CB but again will be mid training camp before he can practice.

For me I would take them only if I had extra picks late second or early third. And pray a lot.

Moreau is allergic to contact. Don't care how athletic and long he is, no thanks.

That's not true at all. Have you watched him play? He used to be a RB. He's used to contact - more than most DB.

more Rumors from Galko-I didnt want to create another thread

UCLA’s Takkarist McKinley, who has been mocked as high as the top 10, does not have a lot of high or even mid-first-round grades, and I firmly expect him to be taken somewhere after the top 20, if not out of Round 1 altogether. His shoulder surgery has played a part in it. The Cowboys would be a great fit.

— Missouri defensive end Charles Harris has multiple top-10 grades from NFL teams, and I expect him to be drafted in the top 15. His ceiling might be sixth overall to the Jets, and his floor might be the Colts at No. 15.

— Two of my favorites since before the Combine, Houston’s Tyus Bowser and Kansas State’s Jordan Willis both should go somewhere between the early 20s and the end of Round 1.

Two one-time underrated prospects, Wisconsin’s T.J. Watt and Bowser, likely won’t make it to the Cowboys at No. 28. If they do, I expect one of them to be the pick. McKinley might be their ideal target if he slips.
-------
I dont know if teams changed their ranking of harris after the Combine but he is my first choice if he there at 28.

Great info. Interesting that Harris is ranked so high. I've been high on him for a while, but I thought the combine would drop him right to us

I'm good with McKinley, Watt, Harris, Basham and OK with Bowser. If those are our options, I'll be pretty happy.

If 5 offensive linemen go top 27, that would be outstanding for us. And if there's just one of the top guys left, trade down could be above market value.

Called it on Awuzie back in December.

Did not call it on Kevin King though. Surprised. Looked awkward to me and more like a guy who'd take some time.
Never underestimate how teams covet elite athleticism

Broaddus has been saying they really like him. Tho OL rush will push good defenders down. Many teams wanting to trade into the bottom of round one will come in handy.

I like him more than any other pass rusher not named Garrett. The shoulder bothers me....I wish he had the surgery sooner so he would definitely be ready for camp.
