I'm looking forward to the stealer game but I hate playing in ****tsburgh. Friend there has already called me to make plans to get together for that game. Looks like I'm going. I'll proudly wear my Cowboys colors in that craphole of a stadium.

I was at the Steelers / Ravens game last year. Endzone seats. Everything is jam-packed in that area of the city, so it seems. That, and it was miserably cold that Sunday night.

Please, no Giants in Week 1. It's getting old.

In fact, the NFL needs to stop scheduling division games in the first two weeks of the season.

Welp, obviously they aren't listening to me. Both happened.

It's patently stupid to have two critical divisional games right out of the gate before teams have gotten rolling. Especially these days, when training camp is basically about NOT playing football these days.

All in all, not bad.

I like the noon game at home on Sunday before Thanksgiving, and then the only other Thursday game being right after Thanksgiving.

Pretty even distribution of home and road games, and with a healthy Romo, that last game in Philly may not even matter. Very fortunate to have Cleveland, Green Bay, and Pittsburgh early enough to avoid the cold games; only New York and Philly could bring that.

Also good to have Tampa and Detroit late. Their seasons are likely over by then, so no December gauntlet like usual.

How does this completely reasonable schedule accord with my conviction that the league has a conspiracy against the Cowboys? It's precisely this once-in-a-while benign action that allows them to continue to deny the conspiracy and thus continue the conspiracy. Never let up your guard, Cowboys fans!

That wasn't so much the case last year. We were a very boring team playing three different QB's. It was just painfully brutal. The worst that I can remember.

It was entertaining for other team's fans. Not so much us.

Since 2000, final games on the road 11 @ home 5. What the NFL wants is drama and the Cowboys on the road, with cold weather, and playoffs on the line equals ratings. They will flex that game in a heartbeat.

I like the area down by heinz field and pnc park, but its always cold from the wind coming off the river. Ill wear cowboys colors with no hesitation, pittsburgh fans are about as hostile as washington fans. Aka not.

Wait until you see what the officials have in store for us this year.

Yep, somehow we ended up with 8 at home and 8 away...:D

Overall, this is a pretty fair schedule. No more than 2 consecutive road games in a stretch, having the Ravens game at 12p prior to the Thanksgiving game is a huge advantage, especially considering that the Commanders play the Packers at home on Sunday night prior to the Thanksgiving game.

The Giants have a stretch in their schedule where they play five consecutive non-road games (they play a neutral site game in London against the Rams) - the schedulers really cut them a huge break on that one.

LOL

I meant, we don't have 4 of 6 road games to start like in 2014, or a bunch of late road games like last year.

But I enjoyed the smart-alliky response. I identify with it quite well.
