How is that? The Eagles just lost to the Commanders and barely beat the Panthers.
The eagles are eons better than us., however, if you said that since Hurts isn't playing it gives us a way better shot at winning, I would accept that premise

Of course I would ask you how our anemic offense is going to score enough points on the NFLs top 3 defense?

When I thought there was hope that we might get a top 7 draft spot i didn't mind seeing them lose ( not easy, I assure you), but now that it's not a possibility, I'm rooting 110% for them to get Ws......especially against the Eagles

Yeah I can see PHI running Barkley 25+ times to try to get that record vs DAL

If he doesn't, I doubt they play him much (or at all) vs NYG WK18

especially if DET beats SF on MNF and secures the #1 spot
I think if he's within 100 yards of the record after this week, they'll try to get it against the Giants.

I don't think it does. Hurts isn't the main reason Philly is winning all of these games, Barkley is. Pickett played good enough to win last week. He can only throw the ball, he can't catch it for his receivers too. That was the second time this year the Eagles lost because a player didn't catch a game winning pass.

Jalen not being the team MVP doesn’t mean he’s not also crucial to success. He’s a big reason teams can’t sell out to stop Barkley, which is what Washington did once Jalen left the game

No, the point is their qbs are already hurt. Both of them. They are on thin ice.
I’ve seen other homer posters where everything is sunshine and daisies with their team, and always doom and gloom for other teams, but nobody does it quite like this guy ^

He’s one of one in the homer category. The funny part is most homers know they are homers and where it like a badge of honor. This guy doesn’t even realize it lol

Although this is true in short yardage situations, in most other situations their 2 wideouts are the reason defenses can't sell out to stop Barkley. But Pickett has some legs too, right? He's not exactly Matt Stafford slow.

Jalen Hurts is not that good of a QB. Their GM knows how to surround him for success. He does a really good job. He sees the window. He is trying his best to take advantage of that window. We do not have a GM that even comes close.

his problem is he’s a toothpick, so he doesn’t want to unless he has to. Even with Devonta and AJ in the game, Washington had no problem loading the box because Pickett wasn’t a threat to get the ball to them

If they beat Dallas they’ll rest the starters next week. No point risking guys when there are bigger goals in front of them.

I didn't watch the game. Just the final drive after Smith dropped what would have been the game winner. But I'm guessing Dallas will put Pickett to the test.

I don't believe this. Their fans and organization prioritize beating Dallas. It's the weirdest obsession, not just normal rivalry passion.

He's playing.

This is silly. He’s literally still in the concussion protocol. He can’t play.
